Terms of Sale

Plain-language terms for buying consumer fireworks at Capital Fireworks. Read carefully before placing an order — checking out or picking up a preorder means you agree to these terms.

  1. All sales are final. Capital Fireworks does not provide refunds on consumer fireworks. Defective product issues must be reported within 48 hours of pickup and resolution requires distributor authorization. Preorder cancellations, when approved by management, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  2. Buyer must be 18 years of age or older. Valid photo ID required at pickup.
  3. All web orders are pickup-only at 2321 Hwy 12 S, Ashland City, TN 37015. We do not ship.
  4. Use of fireworks may be restricted by city/county ordinance. Buyer assumes all liability for misuse.
  5. Tennessee retail sale of consumer fireworks is limited by state law to Jun 20 – Jul 5 and Dec 10 – Jan 2.
